Cool stuff, thanks for the link. I decided I need to check these guys out live ASAP, especially seeing as tix are a mere 10 bucks! Just made plans to go see them next month. If you could suggest another great show or two from the archive, that would be much appreciated.

One of my favorite shows on the Archive. This was just after the IBMA show where they won several awards. This is their lineup when Jesse CObb was still playing mandolin with them. He left the band the day before Festy last year - amicably from what I understand. The current lineup doesn't have a mando player.

The Horning's show from 2009 is also good

Fantastic show with Sara Watkins sitting in for a few tunes

Whole show is great but is worth it, just for Moonlight Midnight

These two shows from New Year's 2009 will be in my ipod forever

Great stuff here, thanks for your posts Mando. I have yet to see the Stringdusters, but this announcement from my local heros Jatoba may well change that:

Jatoba looks like they are right in the Dusters' wheel house....there's a good chance they'll be invited to perform at Festy next year.

You have to go.....you will not be disappointed. If you are, craven will refund your ticket price.

WOW! just.. WOW. That really got me fired up this morning. These guys are incredible. Thanks Mando.

Listened to tracks 1-13 of (2007-10-05 - The Station Inn) at the gym earlier. Pronto blew me away. Upon the 1st listen, I was very impressed w/ Y2K, Tragic Life, Gettin' Down The Road, Lovin' You, Deep Elem, and This Weary Heart.

Can't wait to check out the rest of these shows. I'm gonna be a on a serious dust binge.
